I am a mobile or home based tech meaning I will travel to you so you can enjoy your treatment in the comfort and privacy of your own home, or alternatively, you are welcome to come to me for nail treatments (I am based in Tollesbury, my full address will be given at time of booking)
I will travel anywhere within 12 miles of my home address in Tollesbury, get in touch with your postcode and I can check if you are in my travel area.
For more information or to book a treatment you can text or email me (my diary is on my phone so please do not call unless it is urgent as I will not be able to check dates etc while on the phone to you). If you do need to call please don’t leave voicemail's as I don’t always get them straight away! If you do not get a response immediately I may be with another client. Please text me with your details and I will do my best to get back to you ASAP.
I get extremely busy (currently fully booked up to 4 weeks ahead) so, whenever possible, please try and book in advance. If you need a last minute appointment I will always try to fit you in but please understand that this may not be possible.
Unfortunately due to last minute cancellations I am having to implement a new policy; if a client cancels/ reschedules their appointment with less than 24 hours notice they will incur a fee of 50% of the value of the treatment. If they fail to cancel their appointment with less than 3 hours notice they will incur a fee of 100% of value of the treatment booked. Fees will need to be paid before any further bookings are made and can be paid via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
I am currently fully booked up to 4 weeks ahead, especially in busy seasons, and therefore often having turn other clients away. This means last minute cancellations leave me with a gap, that I could have filled, where I am not earning any money. I hope everyone will understand why I need to do this and for most of you it will not affect you as you always give me plenty of notice and are generally lovely!
Please understand that if you are ill I will have to cancel your appointment and reschedule you for a later date once you are better. I cant afford to take time off due to illness and I also can’t be passing it on to my other clients. I understand this is frustrating but its unfair on me and my clients if you are contagious. Thank you for understanding.
