Nail Aftercare Advice

The duration of your Nail  very much depends upon how you will treat them.

- When doing housework or activities that excessively use your hands always wear protective gloves e.g. When cooking or washing up.

- Avoid using your nails as tools e.g. typing or opening cans, instead try to use your finger pads to prevent breakage.

- If your nails start to lift or come away, do not pull it or try to remove it yourself as this will damage your natural nail, instead return to myself, or a professional, to have it correctly removed and reapplied as water or dirt can get underneath and cause infection

- Apply cuticle oil daily

- If you want to you can carefully file your nails if  different shape or length is required

- If you wish to paint your nails always apply a base coat

- To remove nail polish use only a NON-ACETONE nail polish remover. Acetone will melt and loosen your extensions

- Avoid insect repellents or sun cream with DEET in them as this can cause lifting and discoluration

- Do not bite or pick at your extension

- If any adverse reactions occurs: rash, redness, inflammation of any kind around the nails please contact me immediately

- Tinted lotions, suntan creams and hair products can discolour your extensions so wash your hands thoroughly after use and use gloves to protect them

- Return for regular nail maintenance to keep your nails looking their best.
